The temperature-compensated portable THERMOVAC TM 101 is equipped with a piezo/pirani combination sensor and can measure total pressure in the range of 1200 to 5 x 10^-4 mbar. This device is battery-operated and can function even under complete vacuum conditions. Pressure can be continuously displayed across the entire measurement range. With the integrated memory function, measurement results of up to 2000 can be saved and displayed.
